• Free Shipping on orders over $74.95
• We ship products direct to your door throughout North America.  Please see our CAN website or US website.
• Flat shipping rates on orders under $74.95
• You can calculate your shipping charges by adding your product(s) to the cart - "Add To Cart".  At the bottom of the "Cart" page, enter in your Postal Code.
• Orders leave the plant in 1-2 Business days - Order Processing - (Starting the day after your order is placed)
• West Coast Delivery Time (3-5 Business Days to Major Centers)
• East Coast Delivery Time (1-3 Business Days to Major Centers)
• Please note we are not able to ship to a PO Box
• NWT, Yukon and Nunavut, please contact for shipping quotes

Order Pickup

We only offer pickup orders from Oakville, Ontario.  When placing your order Online, click on [Pickup - Oakville, Ontario] in "Your Cart".  You'll receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.  1150 Eighth Line, Unit 16, Oakville, ON, L6H 2R4.   Pickup hours are 9:30 am - 4:30pm.

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

Custom-tinted products are not eligible for return or exchange. Ready-tinted products as well as other unopened products with original manufacturer's packaging in good condition, may be returned within 90 days from order date, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the material back for a material refund.  90+ days, sorry but we do not accept returns.
